Initial Consultation (with Visa Assessment Form included) We offer an initial 30 minute consultation along with an initial appraisal of the Visa Assessment Form.

We carefully evaluate your Visa Assessment Form and determine your chances of getting the visa you have your heart upon. We also consider various possible alternatives as also try to evolve a comprehensive strategy to receive the visa. You may telephone to set up an appointment to receive this consultation any time within two weeks after receiving your initial appraisal.

We offer 100% credit for your initial appraisal towards total fees. Once we have agreed to work together and have entered into a Cost and Service Agreement, we will credit the full payment you've made at the time of initial consultation with us and filling out your Visa Assessment Form towards the total amount we quote as our service charges for your visa process.

Our Billing Practice

Every person is unique, and faces unique set of circumstances in his/her personal life and career. Our fees are determined on a case by case basis – determined on the basis of each applicant’s personal circumstances, urgency and complexity of the situation, and anticipated time and skill required in that particular case. Our fees are payable in installments, depending on the amount of work done by us.
